Policy on Revisions

Depending on the bundle selected, MetaMalistic offers revisions. Customers may request unlimited revisions at no extra charge, provided the core design and concept remain unchanged. Revision turnaround time is typically 48 to 72 hours.

Turn Around Time

Most design services at MetaMalistic have a turnaround time of 48–72 hours per design iteration. This does not reflect total project duration. Examples:

• Orders placed on Monday will be delivered by Wednesday.
• Orders placed on Friday will be delivered by the end of Tuesday.

Money-Back Guarantee / Refund Policy

Refunds will not be issued once initial designs are approved or revisions are requested, except if MetaMalistic cancels the contract due to reasons other than client breach or non-performance.

Refund Process

• If you request a refund before the initial design concepts are delivered, you will be eligible for a full refund (less 10% service & processing fee).
• If requested between 48 and 120 hours after receiving the initial design, you will receive a 33% return (less 10% service & processing fee).
• After 120 hours, no refund requests will be considered; however, we strive for 100% satisfaction and urge you to contact us if you have concerns.
• No refund if no action is taken for 30 days after ordering; reactivation fee applies.
• After final files delivery, no refunds will be considered.
• No refunds for change of mind or personal concerns after project satisfaction.
• No refunds once the website is live or after storyboard for video animation is approved.

Additional Refund Conditions

Refund requests must provide good justification, evaluated against design brief and feedback. Refunds only issued if the concept does not follow the brief. Unlimited revisions will be provided until satisfaction.

Refunds will be declined if design orders are placed with multiple agencies for the same job.

Refunds are only possible with customer involvement and feedback during the process.

Design Ownership & Rights after Refund

After refund, all design rights revert to MetaMalistic. You will have no right to use or display any design version, which will become sole property of MetaMalistic.

Services not related to design are non-refundable, even if part of a package deal. These include:

• Website & Email Hosting
• Website SSL Certificates
• Domain Purchase
• Maintenance & SEO Plans
• Social Media Marketing & Google Ads

How to Claim Your Refund

To request a refund, email us at info@metamalistic.com specifying your concern. We will attempt resolution via revisions first or approve your refund request if applicable.

Delivery Policy

Orders will be delivered as per confirmation emails. Websites go live only after all dues cleared. Urgent orders should contact customer support.

Design Ownership & Rights

Finalized designs are fully owned by the client after final approval and delivery of core files. Client may use designs freely. Revision cycle materials remain property of MetaMalistic.

Content Creation & Population

MetaMalistic is not responsible for content unless purchased. We may populate websites with approved text, images, or products supplied or purchased on client's behalf.

N.D.A. & Reputation Management Policy

Client information is confidential. Both parties agree to avoid defamation post-project completion.

Record Maintenance

MetaMalistic keeps records of finalized designs to provide replacements if lost.

Technical Support Policy

We provide basic info for website deployment, hosting, CMS manuals, and email setup. Detailed training or troubleshooting is client's responsibility.

On-Hold Projects Clause

If no client response for 14 days, project is considered on-hold and closed. Resumption requires re-activation fee.

Reactivation Fee

WordPress projects: $499 + complexity charges.
Shopify or Custom projects: $999 + complexity charges.
